Beauty and fashion queen Miranda Parker is known for embracing affordable fashion and makeup for women over 40 through her Miranda Parker Project. I caught her recent Amazon Livestream where she showed off her favorite makeup, tools, and some comfy clothes, and as much as I enjoyed it, you might not have 33 minutes to sit down and watch it all, so if you just want the goodies, I found them all for you.
Miranda Parker’s Foundation After 40 Faves
1. Workout tee: Miranda looked ultra comfy in her Aoxjox Women’s Short Sleeve Baby Workout Tee. You can opt for the shirt to come with or without a built-in bra, and it comes in several colors.
2. Flare Leggings: Miranda likes the Aoxjox Flare Leggings, too, because they don’t have the front end seam that can create a camel toe. But she warns her viewers that they’re sized petite: “They don’t even look like a flare, because they’re like at my ankles…So if you are a little more petite, they’ll be really cute for you.”
3. Foundation: Maybelline Super Stay Foundation provides coverage for up to 24 hours and it’s infused with Vitamin C. Miranda says she uses this even when she isn’t wearing a full face of makeup. “…If you’re in your 40s, definitely recommend trying it…,” she says. “I don’t care what age you are, you’re in your 20s, your skin’s gonna look amazing with a skin tint on it.”
4. Concealer: Miranda uses HIDE Liquid Concealer to cover up dark circles. You’d never know she had them.
This is a really hydrating concealer…It’s good for mature skin.
5. Makeup Brushes: For all of her face makeup needs, Miranda uses GLO&RAY Dual-Ended Makeup Brushes.
6. Brow Pencil: While a NYX Professional Micro Brow Pencil comes in 12 shades, Miranda explains how to find your best match. “[The shade] depends on your natural brow hair shade — so even though my hair is gray…I’ve got some natural dark hair,” she explains. “My brows are the color of this of my dark hair, so you want your pencil to match whatever your natural brow color is.”
7. Eyebrow Shaping Wax: Miranda was lifted and fluffed her brows with e.l.f. Brow Lift. It’s both vegan and cruelty-free.
8. Setting Spray: There’s no way Miranda’s makeup would stay put all day as a busy mom and influencer. She’s a fan of Urban Decay De-Slick Mattifying Setting Spray.
9. Powder Foundation: Even though she doesn’t use it everyday, L’Oreal Paris Makeup Fresh Wear Foundation is Miranda’s lifeline. “I only use this if, if I’m kind of breaking out around my chin, and I want a little bit extra coverage down there,” she explains.
Then I’ll set with this infallible powder, because it has a little bit of coverage to it as well.
10. Beauty Blender: Miranda uses Super Soft Pa Paw Wonder Blender. It’s super helpful for blending in foundation and other face makeup.
11. Makeup Brush Cleaner: Keeping your brushes clean is crucial, which is why Miranda loves the Cinema Secrets Makeup Brush Cleaner. As a makeup guru, this is a bathroom essential.
12. Blush Brush: Youthforia Blush Brush creates a flawless finish… she knows she slayed.
13. Eye Shadow Applicator: While some are more comfortable using their fingers, the EIGSHOW Eye Shadow Primer Applicator promises full coverage.
14. Eye Makeup Brushes: Her Daubigny Eye Makeup Brushes is a 12-piece set. And while she didn’t say much about her other brushes, she as a big fan of this set because of the price.

15. Drink Tumbler: Those looking for Stanley dupes can look no further than the Woovo 40-Ounce Insulated Tumbler. It comes in 17 colors and it’s barely half the price.
16. Tinted Balm: Even though Makeup by Mario SoftSculpt Skin Enhancer Tinted Balm is generally used to even out your skin tone, Miranda uses it a little differently. “I use it like a cream bronzer,” she explains. “I just warm the skin up a little bit.”
17. Eyebrow Tint Pen: Give your brows a little extra tint and lift with the NYX Professional Makeup Lift Eyebrow Tint Pen. It comes in 10 shades and it’s cruelty-free.
18. Slippers: The Litfun Women’s Fuzzy Memory Foam Slippers are basically Ugg dupes… wear them around the house like Miranda, or wear them to run errands… we won’t judge.
19. Liquid Blush: “I love this stuff,” she says about Maybelline Sunkisser Liquid Blush. “You wanna lift. Especially the older that we get, we want to lift it all up.”
20. Lipliner: Milani Understatement Lipliner Pencil comes in 12 shades — Miranda uses French Rose.
21. Mascara: L’Oréal Paris Voluminous Panorama Mascara lengthens and adds volume to your lashes. Miranda has used hers for so long it was drying out — but that means it was well-loved!
22. Dainty Necklace: For less than $20 is the Teiky Dainty Cross Necklace. Though she doesn’t draw attention to it, her jewelry is subtle and dainty.
23. Lip Pencil: The best part about the NYX Butter Gloss Creme Brulée Lip Pencil is how buttery soft it leaves your lips. Mmm.
