Per a statement from the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office on Feb. 9, Dwayne Exilus, 19, Isaiah Walker, 19, and Jahbron Goff, 18, have all been charged with second-degree conspiracy to commit unlawful possession of a weapon, second-degree unlawful possession of a weapon, third-degree hindering and fourth-degree possession of a prohibited weapon.

An earlier report by the Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office, which was shared a couple of weeks after Whyte was fatally shot, stated that two individuals — one juvenile and one 18-year-old — were initially charged in connection with Whyte's death.

Whyte had over 100,000 followers on TikTok, where he regularly shared videos of himself dancing and lip-syncing to music. He posted his last video on the same day he was shot. The brief clip — which has over 6 million views — shows the content creator sitting in his swimsuit on a crowded beach.

He also frequently uploaded videos captioned with inspiring quotes. Alongside a TikTok posted one day before his death, Whyte wrote, "I don't know, man, I've just got this crazy confidence that everything will work out in the end."
