90 Day: 1 Couple Is Pregnant After Their ‘Baby-Making’ Trip as Another Ends Their Engagement After K-1 Visa Fallout

One couple from 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days is seemingly calling it quits, while another is starting a family!

On the Dec. 22 episode of the TLC series, Tigerlily revealed her “baby-making” trip to Turkey with her new husband Adnan was a success, sharing a home video of her positive pregnancy test as proof.

“I started having some lower abdominal pressure since the baby-making trip,” she explained. “So it totally may be too early, but I made sure to travel in my primetime ovulation window.”

The 41-year-old Texas woman took the pregnancy test shortly after returning from Turkey, but Tigerlily did not want to tell Adnan about the results right away.

“It’s not something that you tell someone on the phone,” she explained in her video. “I’m going to have to look and see when I can go next and tell him in person.”

She added, “I just hope he gets his spousal visa approved as soon as possible, because how am I going to do this alone?”

In a statement to PEOPLE after the news, Adnan and Tigerlily said, “We are so happy we had a successful baby making trip and are expanding our family!”

Adds Tigerlilly: “I was thrilled to find out I’m pregnant so quickly! I can’t wait for Adnan to join me in the US for my pregnancy journey. I hope it won’t be too long to wait for his visa to get approved.”

Meanwhile, Faith and Loren’s relationship appeared to be in trouble on Sunday’s episode — and Faith had seemingly broken off their engagement the day before Loren’s flight back to the United States.

“I don’t want to see it anymore,” she told producers after taking her ring off in front of her fiancé at a hotel in the Philippines. “And it’s over.”

The friction between Faith and Loren began after they visited a Filipino immigration lawyer, who informed them that their original plan to get married in Thailand was not viable.

But there were some alternatives. One option was to tie the knot in Taiwan, where their marriage would be legal. However, the lawyer said if Faith and Loren came back to live in the Philippines, their marriage would not be recognized and they could not seek a spousal visa for Loren.

The second option was to file a visa and bring Faith over to the U.S., where marriage is legal for members of the LGBTQ+ community. The couple could still marry in Thailand and seek a spousal visa, or file for a K-1 visa and begin the 90-day process as fiancés.

Faith thought the fiancé visa would be the “best” option for their future as a couple, but knew Loren would not be nearly as eager.

Indeed, Loren did not want to return to the States. “This is what I didn’t want to hear because the whole point was to never leave here,” he said in a confessional, later adding, “I could never afford to sponsor Faith for the K1 visa.”

Later that evening, Faith and Loren checked into a hotel for Loren’s final night in the Philippines. Faith was initially eager to finally have sex with her fiancé, but Loren spent much of the time moping over having to go home.

After a quick toast, Loren told Faith he did not want to hire a lawyer for the K-1 visa process due to his financial issues.

“So what is your plan?” Faith asked Loren, who claimed he had a few friends at home who would take him in, since he is still homeless. So Faith pivoted, aksing Loren if he was “happy” with the idea of returning to the U.S.

“I don’t know, “Loren said as he began stabbing himself in the palm with a bread knife.

While the knife didn’t break skin, Faith was noticeably uncomfortable and asked Loren to stop. He seemed confused, but Faith doubled down.

“I’m scared [of] what you do,” she confessed, but Loren shrugged it off and told her it was normal.

Still uncomfortable, Faith picked up the knife and placed it on a nearby couch, away from the table where they were sitting. She then took off her engagement ring and placed it on the table in front of Loren.

“Sorry and we’re done,” Faith said before gathering her belongings and leaving the room. In a confessional, she asked herself, “Why is he acting like that?”

Outside the room, Faith tearfully told producers she was “scared” and “uncomfortable” with the stabbing motions Loren was making with the utensil, and explained why.

“Yeah, it’s a bread knife. But it’s a knife,” Faith said, noting that she became concerned because, as a transgender woman, “we don’t know who is the real one to accept us.”
