On Wednesday, Aug. 13, the trio were snapped hitting the streets of L.A. as they linked arms and flashed smiles. The stars appeared in great spirits as they dined at Italian restaurant Cucina Alba in West Hollywood on Wednesday, Aug. 13.
Sporting a black and white polka dot midi dress from Dolce and Gabbana, Bieber, 28, kept her hair tied up in a slicked back bun while she shielded her eyes with narrow black sunglasses and wore Chanel ladybug sandals.

Jenner, 28, was dressed in a black cutout, high waist pencil skirt dress, and matching black pumps while Hadid, also 28, sported a black midi dress, with pointy stilettos and a black Valentino Panthea bag.
And it seems the trio also enjoyed the cocktails on offer at the chic eaterie, as Jenner shared a snap on her Instagram Stories of them toasting with what appeared to be martinis.

Their evening out came after Jenner and Bieber attended a garden party that Hadid hosted for the launch of her new “Eternal Roots” fragrance from her perfume brand, Orabella. Kylie’s sister Kendall Jenner also enjoyed the al fresco bash.
Bieber’s choice of summer polka dots marked the second time in a week the model and beauty mogul had worn the style. She donned a white and red polka dot mini dress to celebrate her pal Kylie’s 28th birthday, sharing a carousel of snaps from the chic event to Instagram on Monday, August 11, which she captioned, “perfect weekend.”
For that look, the polka dots in question were from De La Val Gracia, teaming the minidress with a pair of Prada leather thong sandals. Kylie’s birthday celebrations included a lavish-looking dinner as well as a creative self-portrait painting session.
The entrepreneur was spotted in the same look in a video posted by Kylie — who turned 28 on Sunday, Aug. 10 — as she shared her birthday celebrations on Instagram. She was seen in the clip blowing out the candles on top of a huge birthday cake while sitting beside her longtime pal, who was filming the special moment.
