Martha Stewart just gave me outfit envy. Again.
In a recent Instagram photo, the entertaining expert celebrated her birthday while posing with a beautiful bonsai tree. But, as per usual, I had heart eyes only for Stewart’s outfit. She wore a greenish-brown, waffle-knit zip-up hoodie with a drawstring hood, dolman sleeves, and ribbed-knit cuffs, finishing the look with dark blue jeans.
Stewart’s knit hoodie is the perfect lightweight layer as we head into fall, and the waffle-knit design gives it a dressier look. This hoodie is the latest in a long line of styles I’m co-opting from Stewart’s wardrobe, including an army green matching set, a cinched-waist blouse, and dark blue linen shacket. Not to mention, another of my style icons, Oprah Winfrey, wore a similar zip-up cardigan recently, too.
