- Freeform’s 31 Nights of Halloween kicks off on Oct. 1 at 12:00 p.m. EDT
Freeform is kicking off the holiday season with the release of its 31 Nights of Halloween lineup, and PEOPLE has the exclusive first look.
This year, Freeform is bringing both tricks and treats with a nostalgic lineup of familiar favorites, from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas to Casper. The fun kicks off on Oct. 1 at 12:00 p.m. EDT with a showing of Edward Scissorhands, before concluding on Halloween night with the final picture being Hocus Pocus at 12:00 a.m. EDT.
The official trailer for 31 Nights of Halloween teases even more fun, inviting viewers to take a step inside the home of “scary good movies.”
Each night is jam-packed with classics, with some nights even including back-to-back features like Twitches and Twitches Too starring Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry, as well as Halloweentown and Halloweentown II: Kalabar’s Revenge.
There is even a special Tim Burton night, featuring the director’s hit movies like Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street, Sleepy Hollow, Beetlejuice and more.
2007’s Disturbia, starring Shia LaBeouf, will also make its Freeform debut this year, while the 2022 sequel to Hocus Pocus, which saw the return of Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker and Kathy Najimy as the witchy Sanderson sisters, will also be available to watch on Freeform after making its broadcast debut on last year’s lineup.
