“It was a fairytale come true and it was beyond heartwarming watching my father walk her down the aisle!!! XO,” Teefey, 49, wrote in the caption of an Instagram post, referring to Gomez’s grandfather, David Michael Cornett.
“What a perfect celebration for the most kick ass couple I know,” the proud mom continued. “The evening couldn’t have been more beautiful and perfect.”
“Absolutely flawless! All my love to my beautiful daughter @selenagomez and to the greatest son in law @itsbennyblanco,” Teefey added.

Gomez announced that she and Blanco were married through an Instagram post that featured a series of photos and clips from the nuptials. She wrote in a simple caption: “🤍 9.27.25 🤍.”
Blanco, 37, later shared his own images from the couple’s special day on his Instagram account. “I married a real life disney princess,” the music producer wrote.

Gomez and Blanco publicly confirmed their relationship in December 2023, six months after they started dating.
One year later, Gomez announced her engagement to Blanco on Instagram. She shared several photos of her picnic proposal featuring her favorite fast food, Taco Bell, as well as images of her marquise diamond engagement ring.
Gomez’s mom previously played cupid in her relationship with Blanco, the now-married couple revealed while speaking with Interview magazine earlier this year.
According to Gomez, she was “around 16, 17” when her mom set up a meeting for the mother-daughter pair to discuss music with Blanco.
“And we first had music come out in 2013 or something,” Blanco recalled to the outlet. “Her mom set up a meeting between the two of us. This is right when I became big and she wasn’t a singer yet.”
Teefey and her husband, Brian Teefey, managed Gomez’s career for eight years as she rose to fame on the Disney Channel.
“When she started putting out music, I was so into it. I feel like she was the original sad girl,” Blanco said of Gomez being with Disney Records at the time. “Everyone was like [beatboxes] and she was like, [sings] ‘I just want to look good for you.’ [Laughs] I was drawn to it.”
