Gisele Bündchen is enjoying all of life’s moments with her family.
The supermodel, 45, recapped some recent moments that she spent with her family, saying that they filled her heart with gratitude. Bündchen, who’s married to jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente, shared several pictures showing her past few weeks with her newborn, her other two kids —daughter Vivian Lake, 12, and son Benjamin Rein, 15, whom she shares with ex Tom Brady — and additional family members.
“As the new year unfolds, my heart is full of gratitude for the moments spent recharging with my family. May this year bring you love, health, peace, and new adventures,” she wrote under the post. “May you find the courage to honor your heart’s calling and to know and love yourself more deeply.”
“Wishing you endless blessings and a beautiful journey ahead,” she continued. “Here’s to making 2026 a truly joyful and meaningful year. Sending so much love. 🤍.”
Ahead of the new year, the doting mom also shared a recap of her year on Instagram, highlighting her recent motherhood journey and some of the “sacred moments” she spent with her baby boy since welcoming him in February. In the post, she included snaps of herself during her pregnancy as well as some with her son and her husband.
“As 2025 comes to an end, my heart is full. This year brought deep lessons and profound growth. Becoming a mother again reshaped everything—my time, my priorities, my heart,” she wrote. “I’m grateful for these sacred moments that changed me in ways words can’t fully hold.”
“Thank you, 2025,” she added. “I step into this new year with gratitude, love, and trust for what’s next. ❤️🙏🏼✨.”
After confirming Bündchen welcomed her baby boy in February, a source shared with PEOPLE that one part of his name has a sweet nod to nature. Although his first name is still unknown, the insider shares that his middle name is River.
Bündchen’s son’s moniker continues her sweet tradition of her kids having water-themed middle names.

Three months after welcoming her baby boy, the mom of three shared an update on how her transition into motherhood was going. Bündchen spoke with Vogue France about how her routine has shifted.
“Now that my little one is sleeping through the night, I’m back in control of my routine,” said Bündchen. “As any new mom knows, it’s incredible how much sleep — or lack of it — can change everything!”
“But once again, I feel truly grateful: being able to be home with my kids and enjoy every moment with them is priceless,” she added.
