Influencer Eva Gutowski Gets Engaged to Olav Stubberud in Scenic, Snow-Filled Proposal in Norway

Wedding bells are ringing for TikTok influencer Eva Gutowski!

The 31-year-old announced her engagement to her longtime boyfriend Olav Stubberud, 34, on TikTok and Instagram on Friday, Jan. 30, and revealed the sweet way he proposed in Lofoten, Norway.

She shared a clip of Stubberud getting down on one knee in front of a scenic spot that looked out over a river and a snowy mountain landscape. Both appeared to be in tears in the video before Stubberud got up and Gutowski gave him a hug. 

The photographer could then be seen getting back down on his knees to complete his proposal as she held her hand out with a laugh. He then placed the ring on her finger as she showed it off on her hand and they shared a kiss. 

“WE’RE ENGAGED!!!💍,” she captioned the video.

In her Instagram Stories, reshared a post from Vogue Scandinavia showing off a closer look at her diamond ring — which featured a pear-shaped diamond on a simple silver band — during their engagement photoshoot.

Gutowski could be seen wearing a white fur coat, white sweater and matching pants while posing side-by-side with her new fiancé, who wore a long white coat and matching white sweater with brown pants. In one snap, Gutowski hugged him from behind as he viewed the landscape, and in another, the influencer could be seen on his back as he carried her.

Several fans posted their “congratulations” to the couple on Gutowski’s post, including one person who wrote, “MR AND MRS MYLIFEASEVA!!!! CONGRATS ❤️.” Another added, “I wanna tell 2016 Eva this so so bad.”

“This is so full circle, Eva, I’m [loving] seeing your life unfold so beautifully,” another chimed in.

The day before posting about the engagement, she revealed on TikTok that she and Stubberud went on a trip to Switzerland. She shared clips of the pair on the slopes and even of her getting to snowboard a little bit on the slopes.

Gutowski and Stubberud began dating in 2020, and she has since featured him on her Instagram account. In 2024, she shared several photos of herself and her new fiancé sharing kisses as they explored Italy.

That same year, she wished him a “happy birthday,” writing on Instagram, “Every day is an adventure with you 🥹❤️… i love you!!!!!!!!!!”
