Nearly one year after hitting three children with her vehicle in Ohio after getting into a physical fight with other women, Jada Luckey has been sentenced.
According to court records reviewed by PEOPLE, Luckey, who is a 25-year-old mother of four, per The Cincinnati Enquirer, pleaded guilty to four counts of felonious assault in January, following the July 30, 2025, incident in Cincinnati.
Online records reviewed by PEOPLE show that on Wednesday, Feb. 18, she was sentenced to four years for each count. Since her sentences are to be served concurrently, her total sentence will be four to six years in prison, and she will receive credit for 203 days of time served.
"I'm sorry, it was never my intention to hurt anyone's children. If I could take it back, I would, and I take full accountability," Luckey said during her sentencing, per WLWT.

WLWT, WCPO and The Cincinnati Enquirer reported that the incident occurred outside the Alms apartments on Victory Parkway after Luckey had a dispute with other women.
According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, Luckey’s attorney, Bradley Fox, said she made “a horrible, horrible decision that she regrets” but said she had been provoked.
A sentencing memorandum reviewed by PEOPLE states Luckey and a friend were attempting to leave the apartment complex where a relative lived when she and another adult female "exchanged words."
The sentencing memorandum claims that the adult female attacked Luckey when two other females also joined in, leading her to be "pushed up against the trunk of her own car."
"Defendant was able to pull away and jump into her vehicle where she then started to pull out. One of the adult female attackers was standing on the sidewalk area by a handrail that led to the building," the document states.
"Defendant, in her fit of rage after being attacked, and having suffered her own injuries, drove at the woman," the document continues. "Next [to] the woman, sitting on the ground and standing on the sidewalk were the three children who were struck."
According to WLWT and WCPO, Luckey admitted to officers that she had been using drugs and alcohol the day of the crash.
The children she struck were all ages 3 and younger, per WCPO.
According to The Cincinnati Enquirer, citing court documents, a 2-year-old boy was critically injured after he was dragged under the car's wheel well, causing him multiple injuries, including a spinal fracture, fractured ribs, and a cervical cord injury.
The outlet reported, citing court documents, that the second child suffered broken leg bones and a third sustained broken ribs.

They were seated about five feet from a roadway and left them unattended, according to The Cincinnati Enquirer, citing prosecutors. Their mothers have been charged with child endangerment, per the outlet.
