When I moved to Los Angeles four years ago, I knew immediately that I wanted to have my own private outdoor space so I could properly enjoy the nice year-round weather. This outdoor loveseat features enough space for my husband, our dog, and me to fit comfortably, and it is made with a durable and elegant-looking wood frame that instantly upgraded my space. Plus, I like that it has both back and bottom cushions for extra comfort. While this spacious couch looks and feels big when sitting on it, I was impressed with how well it fits on my balcony with room to spare.
Admittedly, I’m not handy when it comes to putting together furniture, so I was relieved to see that this bench quickly came together in less than an hour and with no hiccups or issues. It did require help from my husband, but it was a breeze and required no extra tools. I appreciate that the cushions strap to the wood frame, so I never have to worry about them blowing off my balcony in the wind, and they’re machine washable for easy maintenance.
Each part of this loveseat is made from weather-resistant materials, which is important for me since my balcony gets a lot of direct sunlight. I decided to purchase a furniture cover for added protection, but I like that I don’t have to worry about the fabric or wood fading if it’s left off for a couple of days. Overall, this piece was a small swap that made a huge difference in both the look and function of my balcony, and I’m eager to spend more time here this spring and summer.
