Lisa Rinna Shares Throwback Photos to Celebrate 29 Years of Marriage with 'Sexiest Man Alive' Harry Hamlin

Rinna described the couple's 1997 wedding as "one of the best days of my life" in an Instagram tribute to her actor husband

Lisa Rinna is sharing a nostalgic look at her love story with husband Harry Hamlin to celebrate their 29th wedding anniversary.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 62, marked the occasion by posting a series of throwback photos of the couple, as well as some solo shots of the actor, on Instagram on Sunday, March 29. The sentimental carousel featured pictures of the two kissing on their wedding day, attending a glam event together and posing at a dinner table.

Rinna also included a lighthearted clip in which she can be seen dancing behind Hamlin, 74, on their patio as he calmly watered and tended to some plants, seemingly oblivious to what was going on behind his back.

In the caption of her post, which was set to the Whitney Houston hit "I Have Nothing," the Days of Our Lives actress wrote, "I think this might have been our first dance song… idk 30 years is a long time 😂. But it was definitely Whitney Houston!"

Rinna went on to describe her and Hamlin's wedding as "one of the best days of my life, followed by the birth of my girls," referring to daughters Delilah, 27, and Amelia, 24. She added: "So grateful for this beautiful family of ours 🫶🏻."

In her post, Rinna also hyped up Hamlin, calling him "the love of my life, sexiest man alive, chef extraordinary, best husband and father."

"I love you more every day," she wrote.

In the comments, a number of Housewives stars shared their well-wishes for the couple, including Heather Dubrow, Margaret Josephs and Jill Zarin, who wrote, "Beautiful love story."

Rinna and Hamlin, who first met in 1992 and made their red carpet debut as a couple in 1993, tied the knot in a candlelit tent in the backyard of their Hollywood Hills, Calif., home on March 29, 1997.

Recalling their very first date at an Italian restaurant, Hamlin previously told PEOPLE that a waiter predicted a big future for the pair.

"This restaurant is magical because we were sitting in this Italian restaurant and a balding elderly waiter came to us with a thick Italian accent and he said, 'You two, you are lovebirds. You are soulmates,' " Hamlin recalled. "The whole evening he said, 'You guys are going to get married. You're gonna have kids.' And this is our first date, and the waiter's telling us all this stuff, and we're looking at each other going, 'Where is this guy coming from?' "

When Rinna and Hamlin celebrated their milestone 25th wedding anniversary in 2022, they shared the secret to their long-lasting marriage, telling PEOPLE that it all has to do with how different they are from each other.

"We have nothing in common. Nothing. I mean, we're kind people. I think in general we're both kind-hearted, but we have nothing in common. Zero, zip, zilch," Rinna said.

Hamlin added, "I'm an outdoorsman, I like to camp and go up in mountains, and her idea of camping is anything below the 10th floor of the Four Seasons … But I think love comes into the picture somewhere there too. Love, respect, and listening and attraction."
