Euphoria season three is finally here, and we are beyond ready.
All eyes were on Zendaya as she arrived at the premiere in what her hairstylist, Ursula Stephen, tells PEOPLE was a “tougher” red carpet hairstyle. The week prior, the actress channeled a similar wet-inspired hairdo for The Drama premiere, but it had an old Hollywood shape infused with modern texture. What do these styles have in common? They both relied on Moroccanoil hair products.
Keep reading to shop the exact products Stephen used for these red carpet looks, as well as her recipe for added volume and texture.

Stephen says she and Zendaya love to “play with textured and wet looks,” which was the main inspiration for her Euphoria ‘do. Rather than copy the modern-glam look from The Drama, Stephen “cocktailed” Moroccanoil’s hair oil with its molding cream to give it, as she describes, a “pieceness” effect. That’s not all that the product can do, though: One mature Amazon shopper raved over how it’s the only product that has made their “thin, dry, [and] old” hair “look and feel healthy.”
Our Editors Love It, Too
PEOPLE associate editorial director Jennifer Maldonado has used Moroccanoil products for over six years and considers them “crucial” to her curly hair routine.

This, combined with the hair oil, was key for Stephen to craft “structure as well as a shiny, wet-looking finish.” And for those dealing with thinning hair, it “really turns up the volume,” as one reviewer puts it, noting that their “hair feels and looks way thicker” since using the product. The formula works on wet, damp, or dry hair and is infused with argan oil for extra hydration.
Bur Bur the Mermaid Brush

Before adding hairspray, Stephen used this brush to detangle Zendaya’s hair and pull out some loose strands for a more tousled look. It’s made with boar bristles that help distribute hair’s natural oils and gently smooth strands (psst: hairstylists previously told us boar bristles help promote hair growth, too).

To ensure the actress’ hairdo lasted all night, Stephen used this hairspray to lock it in place. It’s also the exact kind Maldonado has used for more than six years to “tame flyaways.” My editor especially loves its non-sticky formula and the “slightly sweet fragrance” that always earns her a compliment (even from strangers). You won’t catch her traveling without a bottle of it in her purse.
