Olivia Culpo is her husband's biggest cheerleader!
San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey shared an Instagram carousel of his offseason training sessions on Monday, April 13. The exercises included sprints, bunny hops, balancing on one leg and playing tennis. "Scenes," he captioned the high intensity clips.
But it was one video of the NFL star, 29, doing zombie crawlers along the grass that really tickled his former Miss Universe wife. “Just another day sunbathing peacefully while my husband becomes a snake,” Culpo, 33, captioned the clip of McCaffrey working up a sweat while re-sharing his post to her Instagram Stories on Monday.

McCaffrey's recent string of backyard workouts comes as NFL teams begin offseason workout programs in April. Preseason training camps, meanwhile, don't officially get underway until July — weeks before select preseason games in August followed by the official kick-off to the 2026-2027 season in September.

Culpo and the athlete welcomed their 8-month-old daughter, Colette Annalise McCaffrey, in July 2025, just over a year after they got married in Rhode Island.
Although she's not even a year old, Colette has already become a regular fixture at her daddy's football games.

In a December 2025 interview with PEOPLE, McCaffrey said it “means everything” to have his family watch him play. "I got to watch my dad play when I was a kid. I know my daughter won't remember it, but just knowing she was there and able to be present when I played means a lot to me,” the star added.
When asked about his daughter's adorable game day looks, which Culpo curates in his husband's team colors, the NFL star quipped, "If you know her mom, she'll dress her up, that's for sure."
When Culpo shared Colette's arrival on Instagram, she called labor "the scariest and most rewarding of all experiences.”
The new mom added that McCaffrey was “the best daddy in the world,” and revealed that motherhood was “a love like no other."
The model and influencer certainly seems to be embracing motherhood with open arms, particularly styling opportunities with her little mini-me!
Earlier this month, she shared a post of her Instagram Stories of herself enjoying a pool day with Colette in adorable, twinning swimwear. “Mommy and [me] swim 😍,” she captioned the sweet post featuring them both in powder pink two pieces from the brand Devon Windsor.
