“Love Is Blind” Alum Kyle Abrams Is Married, Expecting First Baby with Wife Ashleigh

Love Is Blind alum Kyle Abrams is married with a baby on the way!

The reality TV star, who participated on the second season of the Netflix series, announced on social media that he has a major "life update" — he tied the knot and expecting a baby with his new wife. He revealed the news in an Instagram reel on May 14, sharing that he exchanged vows with Ashleigh Abrams (née King) on April 8 in an afternoon courthouse ceremony in Illinois, days after they discovered she's pregnant.

"Getting married and having a baby is only the beginning," Kyle captioned his post in part, adding, "This has been the craziest month of my life, I can explain…."

The video flashed from Kyle showing off their marriage certificate to Ashleigh holding up her positive pregnancy test.

The following week on May 23, Kyle shared more photos with his wife on Instagram, including a selfie of them holding up ultrasound photos and a candid shot of them holding hands during their wedding. He wrote, "The best year ever, here’s why."

The pair are documenting their new chapter of life together on their joint YouTube channel, "Ashleigh & Kyle Abrams."

In a video posted the same day as Kyle's first Instagram announcement, Ashleigh shared that she took her positive pregnancy test on April 2. She recorded the reactions of her parents, who later served as the couple's marriage witnesses.

"Who knew on a random Wednesday you can go to a courthouse in the city and get married? There had to be five or six other couples that were getting married at the same exact time," Kyle said of his 2 p.m. ceremony, which he noted was "not glamorous whatsoever."

Ashleigh added, "When it's your turn, they call your name, and you go into this little room with a judge, and he does the ceremony in about 10 minutes."

It's unclear exactly when Kyle and Ashleigh started dating. Kyle announced his engagement to Tania Leanos in April 2023, though the couple eventually split. Before that, he dated his Love Is Blind castmate Deepti Vempati. He proposed to Shaina Hurley in the pods on season 2 of the Netflix dating show, but the two didn't make it to the altar.
