A judge granted Dario Pallini a temporary restraining order against Randle on June 2

The alleged former boyfriend of Bad Boys star Theresa Randle has filed a restraining order against the actress after claiming that she broke into his home and assaulted him on multiple occasions.
Dario Pallini filed the petition in the Los Angeles County Superior Court on Tuesday, June 2, according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE.
In the petition, Pallini, 60, claimed he and Randle, 61, dated for two years between 2022 and 2024 and alleged that she has repeatedly harassed him since their breakup.
PEOPLE reached out to a representative for Randle for comment on Saturday, June 6, but did not receive an immediate response.

Pallini further stated that he returned home on June 1 and found Randle — best known for her roles in Bad Boys, Bad Boys II and Malcolm X — inside his apartment after she had broken in.
He claimed she was sitting in a closet with his dog and smoking crack cocaine.
According to the filing, an argument followed, during which Pallini alleged that Randle hit him on the shoulder and threw a can of vegetables that struck him in the head.
He also alleged that during a separate incident on May 18, he awoke to find Randle standing over him in his home. He stated that he could “tell she was high” at the time because “she started to clean my house and telling me that I owe her.”
He stated that she then threatened to shoot him before striking him with a metal pole from his medical bed.
Pallini claimed that he called the police during the incident.

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) confirmed to PEOPLE that officers responded to a domestic violence call at Pallini's apartment complex on June 1 shortly before 5 p.m.. local time. The department was unable to confirm whether a call had been placed on May 18.
“She is addicted to drugs and needs help,” Pallini continued in the petition, adding, “she is unpredictable and I am afraid of what she might do.
A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge granted Pallini a temporary restraining order against Randle on June 2, according to court records.
The temporary restraining order expires on June 23 at the end of his hearing for a longer-term or permanent domestic violence restraining order that would contain an order not to abuse, a no-contact order and a stay-away order requiring Randle to stay 300 feet away from Pallini.
