Dwayne Wade's son Zaire Wade was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence on Sunday, June 21.
Zaire, 24, was arrested and booked in Los Angeles, where his bond was set at $50,000, according to arrest records reviewed by PEOPLE. He bonded out of jail that same day, and an emergency protective order for the alleged victim, who has not been publicly identified, was obtained.
"He was arrested and booked for domestic violence, criminal threats and false imprisonment," a Burbank Police spokesperson tells PEOPLE. "Detectives will be presenting the case to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office for filing considerations."

The alleged incident happened in Burbank, Calif., when police were called to the scene at 5:30 a.m. local time on Sunday amid reports of a woman screaming, NBC Los Angeles reports, citing police sources. When emergency services arrived, they allegedly found the woman with "lacerations on her face and body," though she was not taken to a hospital for treatment, per the outlet.
A handgun was recovered from the home, NBC LA reports, citing police.
Zaire, whose father owns a minority stake in the Utah Jazz, most recently played for the Cape Town Tigers of the Basketball Africa League (BAL).
Dwayne, 44, shares his daughter Kaavia, 7, with wife Gabrielle Union. He also shares Zaya, 19, and Zaire with ex-wife Siohvaughn Funches, and son, Xavier, 11, with Aja Metoyer. The NBA Hall of Famer is also the legal guardian of his nephew, Dahveon Morris, 22.
