- Tom Holland confirmed his marriage to Zendaya in June after months of speculation
- Zendaya’s longtime stylist, Law Roach, said in a new interview that the pair are not planning a more public second wedding after they “got away with” their private ceremony
- “I think that people should congratulate them,” Roach said
Law Roach is debunking rumors that Zendaya and Tom Holland are planning a second wedding.
While chatting with Complex at the Los Angeles premiere of the couple’s new movie, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, at the Dolby Theatre on Monday, July 27, Roach, 48, shut down speculation that Zendaya, 29, and Holland, 30, will tie the knot again in a more public celebration.
“I don’t think so,” said Roach, who has been Zendaya’s stylist since 2011. “I think that people should congratulate them. It’s two young, beautiful, successful people that are in love, and they had a private wedding, and they got away with it. And I think people should just, you know, congratulate them. And if these are two people that you look up to or that you love their work, just celebrate them being together and happy.”
He reiterated that the rumor is “definitely not true.”

Earlier this year, the Project Runway judge claimed that Zendaya and Holland’s nuptials “already happened.” While chatting with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1, Roach said, “The wedding has already happened. You missed it.”
Later that month on March 15, Zendaya added fuel to the marriage rumors by stepping out at the 2026 Oscars wearing a wedding band, which she has since continued to rock on red carpets.
It wasn’t until June that Holland officially confirmed their marriage. He did so by debunking AI wedding photos, telling Esquire in an interview published on June 16 that his relatives weren’t fooled by the fake photos because “they were all there” at the couple’s actual wedding. Nearly two weeks later, Roach shared his thoughts on the AI-generated wedding looks, teasing on Good Morning America that Zendaya’s real wedding dress was “better than that.”

Holland first publicly referred to Zendaya as his “wife” on the July 21 episode of the Dish podcast. The day prior, Zendaya playfully shut down a fan who asked her to marry him at a Spider-Man: Brand New Day event in Mexico by responding, “You’re too late!”
Zendaya previously shared why she won’t directly confirm her marriage to her Spider-Man and The Odyssey costar, explaining that she wants to preserve privacy in her relationship.
“I just feel like for me there is a level of parasocial investment in my personal relationship, which I understand. I’m aware that I’m a public person and so is he, and I’m also aware that we’ve grown up in front of people and we’ve done movies where we fall in love with each other, so I really do understand that, and I don’t want to dismiss that like, ‘Stay out of my business’ or whatever,” the actress said on the April 1 episode of The New York Times‘ Modern Love podcast. “In a lot of ways, I’m also a very private person, and I try my best to be able to have things for myself and for him as well.”
While the duo are not trying to “hide [themselves] from the world,” they are trying to “preserve things” for themselves to “maintain that joy” between the two of them and their loved ones, Zendaya said. Although the Euphoria star understands that there’s a lot of public interest in her relationship, she refuses to share every detail with fans.

“I hear it, but I also [have] my own little boundaries of what I like to bring up and talk about, but then also what I’m willing to share, you know?” she said, adding, “I just try to find the balance in the middle there.”
In May 2025, Roach shared why he thinks Zendaya’s wedding details will remain secret.
“She and Tom are super private about their relationship. They’re trying to be as private as possible,” Roach explained during his appearance on Complex’s “Please Explain” series. “There won’t be a Vogue spread, or there won’t be pictures of the wedding, and the people who she will invite will be really respectful of their privacy, so it will be a really beautiful dress that no one gets to see.”
