Though I’ve organized my fair share of walk-in closets over the years, there’s one spot I’ve struggled to find a practical solution for: the corners.

Now there’s a smarter way to make use of this valuable space, and frankly, I only wish I had discovered it sooner. The Besiost Corner Closet System exudes luxury boutique vibes and has a clever design that maximizes storage space for clothing, shoes, and accessories. And if you’re finally ready to ditch your ugly wire shelving, but a custom closet isn’t within your budget, this DIY option is a genius alternative for a fraction of the price (especially if you’re an Amazon Prime member).

While this 60.5- by 39.2-inch corner closet system is made with lightweight MDF boards, it has a 1,500-pound weight capacity. It has a boutique-style presentation with a white oak-inspired finish, which “looks and feels professionally installed,” according to one shopper who said they “saved thousands” of dollars using this DIY system compared to hiring a company to build them a custom closet.

Its L-shaped design has an angled center outfitted with two clever compartments for closet rods. Not only does the hanging system optimize storage space, but it keeps everything visible and accessible — a time-saving detail for busy mornings. It also has 11 spacious cubbies, three drawers, and an additional closet rod. And while it’s ideal to organize walk-in closets, you can also add it to laundry rooms, home offices, dorms, and guest bedrooms.

Though it doesn’t arrive assembled, the manufacturer provides detailed instructions and all the necessary hardware for installation, including anti-tip accessories. You’ll need basic tools, and, of course, time. One shopper who built it by themself said it took “about five hours.” Even so, many shoppers preferred to install it with help from another person, as it involves moving large, heavy pieces.

Another shopper who bought two of these corner organizer systems said it “transformed” their closet space because “everything has a place now,” and they noted that it “looks clean and intentional.” A final shopper said it’s “exactly” what they needed to turn their spare bedroom into a walk-in closet, as its “storage capacity is ideal” and it was no problem for them to build solo.

Upgrade your walk-in closet with the Besiost Corner Closet System while Amazon Prime members can snag it for $350, then keep scrolling to see other popular closet organizers.
