“What I do want to reassure people because there will be speculation because of the amount of time that I’m going to be taking away that I’m going to drug rehab—I’m not,” she added. “I’ve not relapsed. I know there have been some horrible blind items on the internet about me being found by my husband in a crack den being surrounded by men. I don’t know who’s spreading these vicious rumors but that’s not true.”
But while Lily is not struggling with substance abuse, she is currently fighting an uphill battle. Last month, she shared that her mental state has begun to affect her eating habits.
“I’m not at a great place mentally,” she shared on another episode of her podcast in December. “I’m not eating, but I’m not hungry. I obviously am hungry, but my body and my brain are so disconnected from each other that my body, the messages of hunger, are not going from my body to my brain.”
