Celebrities have the most exhausting travel schedules in the world, yet they somehow always manage to look well-rested and sculpted. You’d think that after decades in the industry, Hollywood veterans would show some signs of fatigue . . . then you look at stars like Jennifer Aniston who never seems to age. What gives?! Well, she finally shared her travel secret, and it happens to be a tiny device that fits in the palm of your hand.

Aniston tells The Strategist the Ziip Halo Facial Toning Device is her “go-to travel companion.” But while she always makes space for it in her carry-on, she actually completes a seven minute treatment every single morning, regardless of whether she’s traveling or not. “The programs don’t eat up a lot of time, so it’s very easy and doable to add into your routine,” she says.

So what exactly is the Ziip Halo? This toning device utilizes a mix of micro and nanocurrent (aka tiny electrical shocks) to stimulate facial muscles for a lifted, more defined appearance. It’s like a pilates class — but for your face. And much like pumping iron at the gym, frequently using a microcurrent device can make a significant difference in your facial features. Aniston says the lifted effects are so prominent that her longtime makeup artist can tell when she’s been consistently using it.

When it comes to toning up, many of Us think about hitting the gym or one of our favorite workout classes. Lifting weights, repeating painful squats and jumping around to complete exhausting burpees are usually some of the first things that come to mind, however, it doesn’t begin and end there. It may come as […]

The Ziip Halo is programmed with seven different treatments, with each one targeting a different concern. “If I’m feeling extra tired, or if I feel a little puffy that day, I do the de-puffing program with the lymphatic-drainage program,” Aniston says.

There’s also a shorter, four minute daily maintenance treatment called “The Lift.” I think it’s safe to say that everyone has four minutes to spare in their day, so there’s no excuse not to use it. “Just put it on your face. Follow the program, and it works,” Aniston urges.

While the Ziip Halo is certainly an investment, it’s one of those skincare gadgets that’s 100% worth it. As someone who doesn’t have the most defined features, religiously using a microcurrent device has boosted my confidence while snatching my cheekbones and jawline. Who knows, it could even save you thousands on expensive beauty treatments down the line!
