Paul Feig is sticking by Blake Lively’s side.
As the A Simple Favor director celebrated Oscars 2025 at the Vanity Fair after-party, he shared how he’s continued to support the Gossip Girl alum through her legal battle with It Ends With Us director Justin Baldoni.
“We went to SNL 50th anniversary together and just had a blast,” Paul gushed to in an exclusive interview with E! News on the star-studded red carpet. “She’s great, she’s awesome.” (For more from Paul and other Oscars after-party attendees, tune into E! News tonight, March 3, at 11 p.m.)
And the filmmaker also gave a glimpse at what to expect from his film’s sequel, Another Simple Favor, starring Blake and Anna Kendrick. He teased that the film, which will hit Amazon’s Prime Video May 1, will include, “lots of twists and turns, lots of beautiful Italian sceneries, great costumes and some amazing performances.”
