Who else loved watching the 2025 Oscars? While we definitely enjoyed seeing our favorite actors and actresses get recognized, win Academy Awards and give moving speeches, the looks were perhaps our favorite part of the evening. Everyone was dressed to the nines for the occasion, rocking over-the-top dresses, sparkly jewelry, glam hairstyles and flawless makeup.
The Brutalist star Stacy Martin stepped out in a particularly showstopping look, pairing a black lace Louis Vuitton dress with drop earrings, a tennis necklace and natural makeup. “For the Oscars, Stacy and I wanted an understated but chic look that didn’t have a strong lip or any eye, which meant the skin really had to be the star focus,” said Yasuko Shapiro, Martin’s makeup artist.
