Lauren Burnham is looking back at her first trimester with a smile.
Days after sharing that she and her husband, Arie Luyendyk Jr., are expecting their fourth baby together, Burnham, 33, reflected on the first few weeks of her pregnancy on Instagram.
Her post began with a picture of Burnham resting her arms on her growing belly as she took a selfie before a mirror.

The image was followed by a photo of Burnham holding two pregnancy sticks up in the air in front of a palm tree. Burnham then shared a video of her 5-year-old daughter Alessi talking to her belly.
“I love you,” Alessi says with a laugh. “I love you, love you, love you baby. Can you please hear me? I’m a baby.” The preschooler appeared to be resting her head on her mom’s in another photo.
Following the adorable video was a photo of colorful chalk art. While Burnham didn’t mention whether it was done by Alessi or her and Luyendyk’s 3-year-old twins, daughter Senna and son Lux, the drawing read: ” I <3 LUX ALESSI SENNA + BABY.”
The post included an image of Lux smiling from ear to ear as he posed for a photo with his mom on a sofa.
Burnham also shared photos of a slice of bread next to a pack of Perelel vitamins, a picture of kiwi slices and an image of broccoli, carrots, strawberries and blueberries — presumably what she has been eating.
In another image, Luyendyk, 43, was seen handing her juice.
Burnham and Luyendyk, who met on season 22 of The Bachelor, announced they are expecting again in a joint post on Instagram on Monday, March 10.
“Our last missing piece…coming this september👶🏼🤍,” they captioned the post next to family photos. The news came weeks after Luyendyk Jr. revealed in February that he had reversed his vasectomy in hopes of expanding their family.

In a video to their joint YouTube channel, they later revealed that their journey to baby number four included dealing with a chemical pregnancy, which the Cleveland Clinic describes as a pregnancy loss that happens before the fifth week.
