Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good Are Married After Nearly 1 Year of Dating: Reports

Jonathan Majors and Meagan Good are reportedly married, multiple outlets report.

According to Entertainment Tonight, the pair tied the knot during a “small private wedding at their home in L.A.” on Tuesday, March 18. Per ET, Majors’ mother officiated the wedding while Good’s mom served as a witness. No other guests were reportedly in attendance. A source also confirmed the nuptials to People. 

News of the wedding comes just one day after the couple were spotted out and about at a special Los Angeles screening of Majors’ new movie Magazine Dreams. Majors, 34, and Good, 42 could be spotted smiling and sharing a few kisses as they posed for photographers.

The twosome were first linked in May 2024 after they were spotted on a movie date in Los Angeles. People also reported that the pair confirmed their engagement to the outlet in November last year after she was spotted wearing a diamond ring at the EBONY Power 100 Gala.

Of the pair’s engagement, Good told People, “We’re feeling great,” while Majors said, “It’s a season of joy.”

Good reportedly agreed with Majors’ sentiment, adding, “It’s a season of all the good things.”

While discussing Magazine Dreams with ET earlier this month, Majors described Good as his “best friend,” telling the outlet, “She just motivates me so much and she guides me and I guide her.” He explained, “I think Meagan and I … we do a good job of dealing with each other with where we’re at. You don’t know anybody until you’ve been through the seasons with them. She’s seen me at every spot and I’ve seen her.”

The actor added that the pair share healthy communication by talking things through, but admitted that life isn’t always perfect. “Sometimes not, sometimes we leave the room,” he said with a laugh. “You take a break, I’ll take a break, cool.”

Good also revealed on the February 12, episode of YouTube’s “House Guest,” hosted by Scott Evans, that her mother absolutely adores Majors. “Like, I come in the house and he’s lying in her lap,” she said at the time. “I’m like, that’s my place.”

She added that her father even cuts Majors’ hair. “It’s so beautiful because my dad doesn’t have any sons,” Good said. “I mean, obviously my brother-in-law Eric [Bellinger], but to see that, to come outside and see him cutting his [Majors’] hair and they’re just talking. And it’s just quiet, they don’t know that anybody’s watching—it made my heart just, yeah.”

News of the pair’s romance broke just months after Majors was found guilty of assault in the third degree and harassment in December 2023, following then-girlfriend Grace Jabbari accusing him of a “pattern of pervasive domestic abuse that began in 2021 and extended through 2023.”

Jabbari, 31, then filed a federal lawsuit in March 2024 that accused Majors of a later incident of alleged assault and defamation. Deadline confirmed in November that Jabbari had dropped the lawsuit.

Despite the controversy, Good supported Majors through his legal troubles, with the pair seen holding hands when he attended court hearings in June and August.

In September 2024, they made headlines when Majors referred to Good as “the Mrs.” while speaking at the Congressional Black Caucus’ Black and White Gala, which she cohosted.

Prior to Good’s relationship with Majors, she was married to DeVon Franklin from 2012 to 2022.
