iHeartRadio’s Tanya Rad has tied the knot!

Rad married her boyfriend of more than five years, Roby Yadegar, in a romantic beachfront ceremony officiated by Ryan Seacrest at Susurros del Corazón in Punta Mita, Mexico, on Friday, March 14. The weekend wedding celebration kicked off with a Mexican fiesta beach welcome dinner and concluded with a cabana pool party.

“Being in Mexico with 100 of our closest friends and family is already a fairytale,” the couple tells PEOPLE. “The fact that everyone came out here to support our love and this commitment we are making together is such a blessing. A total dream come true.”

Among the celebrity guests were several reality television couples, including: Bachelor in Paradise‘s Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon, Bachelor in Paradise‘s Dean and Caelynn Bell, The Bachelorette‘s Jojo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers, The Bachelor‘s Becca Tilley and musician Hayley Kiyoko and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles‘ Josh and Heather Altman.

Additional guests include Rad’s Scrubbing In with Becca Tilley and Tanya Rad co-host Sisanie Villaclara, club owner John Terzian, producer Raquelle Stevens and entrepreneur Patty Rodriguez.

Actress and singer Sofia Carson not only served as a bridesmaid but also sang a rendition of Taylor Swift’s “Invisible String” for the bride and groom’s first dance. She changed some of the lyrics to more personally reflect the couple’s love story.

“When we asked Sofia if she would, she really took it as an honor and had treated this responsibility with so much thoughtfulness and care,” Rad says. “And the honor is truly all ours. To be dancing our first dance to such a meaningful song sung by one of my best friends is really just the most special thing I could have ever hoped for.”

Before everyone danced and enjoyed stations of fresh grilled fish, meat, vegetables, ceviches and salads at the reception, Rad and Yadegar exchanged vows at the luxury resort.

“Ryan officiating holds a lot of meaning for us,” Rad says of her On Air with Ryan Seacrest co-host. “He’s been such an important person in my life and my career and not to mention the greatest host of all time.”

“I lived out so much of my single season of life on the morning show, so it feels very full circle to have him be the one to marry me to Roby,” she continues. “He feels like a big brother to me and he and Roby have created a special bond over the last few years. We were so honored he was excited about it for us.”

A string trio played songs meaningful to Rad and Yadegar’s relationship during their ceremony.

The radio host was escorted down the aisle by her father as Taylor Swift’s “Invisible String” played. She wore the “Rhea” gown by Vivienne Westwood, which features a corseted bodice and tulle overlay. Later in the night, she changed into a second dress by the same designer.

“It sounds so cliche, but I literally tried on so many dresses all looking like a parachute on me. When I put this Viv on, I knew it was the one. It fit me like a glove,” Rad says. “I knew I wanted to change during the reception into something shorter and more party vibes, but I couldn’t possibly take off a Vivienne for anything else, so I got a mini Viv to party in.”

Yadegar wanted to do something “special” for “the most unique and remarkable woman [he has] ever known,” so he designed their wedding logo, and made Rad’s “Something Blue” accessory.

“I found the note I wrote when I asked her to be my girlfriend and had it made into a small patch in blue letters,” he tells PEOPLE. “It was sewn on the inside of her wedding dress as her ‘Something Blue’ item.”

Even the couple’s dog, Sunny, got in on the wedding dress action. The pup’s bow and leash were made out of the same material as Rad’s dresses.

Rad’s long hair was styled down in soft waves by David Robert Naumann. Her makeup was done by Liz Castellanos of Makeup by Liz, who used Tower 28 Beauty products. She accessorized with stunning pieces from Shay Jewelry.

The groom, who is the founder and president of Yadegar Law PC, wore custom suits from LABEL and Gladson Ltd. He wore a cream double-breasted shawl collar tuxedo jacket over black dress pants for the ceremony before changing into a dark green double-breasted tuxedo jacket over a black shirt for the reception.

“He really is the greatest man I’ve ever known and I can’t believe he chose me to spend his life with,” Rad gushes about her husband. “I feel like the luckiest girl in the world, truly.”

“I’m so excited to build a life with Roby. He’s my teammate through and through,” she continues. “I’ve spent my entire life being independent and self-sufficient, so nice to be entering into a partnership with a man who sees my value and worth. I want to build an empire and a beautiful family together.”

The wedding — which was planned by Marjorie Lashmet with 329 Events— ended with a breathtaking fireworks display.

“All we cared about was good food, good weather, and good vibes,” Rad says. “For us, the wedding is more about the energy and the memories we all leave with.”

The newlyweds first matched on the dating app Hinge on Nov. 1, 2019. Four days later, they had their first date in Los Angeles. They “hit it off right away” and got engaged almost four years later on Sept. 10, 2023, in the courtyard of The Maybourne Beverly Hills in California.

“This courtyard in particular is very symbolic and important to our relationship because it’s the exact spot of our ‘invisible string,'” Rad says.

She explains that the specific courtyard is where she spent many afternoons praying for her future husband. Meanwhile, her future husband had been passing through the courtyard — perhaps even directly by her — every single day to get to his office.

Although they didn’t meet until years later, the couple views the courtyard as the “invisible string” that connected them.

Rad and Yadegar are “excited” to “go through all of life’s adventures together.”

Rad is now a stepmother to Yadegar’s two sons, but the family of four might become a family of five soon as Rad looks forward to “becoming a mother in the near future.”

“I just feel like the two of us are going to do great things together,” Yadegar says of married life. “Whether it’s starting our family or creating something together, we have big dreams and I just can’t wait to get started making them come true together!”
