Us Weekly confirmed the development on Wednesday, March 19, after TMZ reported that the 28-year-old model is exploring her options following a series of viral TikToks. The social media videos implied that Hailey stalked her now-husband, Justin Bieber, long before they tied the knot in 2018. Haters have also accused Hailey of copying Justin’s ex Selena Gomez over the years. News of Hailey’s potential legal response comes after Hailey was allegedly caught “liking” a negative comment about Gomez and her fiancé, Benny Blanco — which her rep denied. In an exclusive statement to Us, the rep added, “This never happened. This entire story has been fabricated by a content creator looking to capitalize off of an old, tired narrative.” Justin, who welcomed son Jack Blues with Hailey last year, dated Gomez on and off from 2009 until 2018.
