5 White Lotus-Worthy Looks for Under $150 Without the 5-Star Price Tag

While the third season of The White Lotus may have wrapped on Monday, April 7, you can still channel the super-rich guests’ getaway style with the top 5 looks — and nothing under $150.

Much chatter was dedicated to theories about who gets killed in the finale, but just as many group chats (and column inches) have been devoted to the fashion moments that took place around and about the five-star Thai resort, as seen in the Emmy-winning hit HBO/Max show.

As the series costume designer Alex Bovaird told The Hollywood Reporter, she outfitted the actors on screen in labels from around the world, including Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Hermès and more, in keeping with their deep pockets and similarly high-end taste for designer clothes.

Many of this season’s most popular items instantly sold out online, but fret not: you can still dress the part of your favorite characters after they’ve departed, in one or another, the island.

The White Lotus continues to defy expectations by stacking each season with a star-studded cast. The HBO series, which debuted in 2021, focuses on the guests and employees at a fictional resort as they experience a slew of personal ups and downs while on vacation. The anthology series is also known for a mysterious death […]

Below: a guide to getting the look from the Southeast Asia-set installment’s hotel guests, minus the five-star hotel price tag (or jet lag, for that matter). Indeed, it’s almost better than being there.

Chloe

Recreate the French-Canadian ex-model’s (Charlotte Le Bon) yacht style in Superdown’s sheer knit maxi dress with all-over sequins ($88). It will make for a glamorous cover-up with Gooseberry’s one-piece ($99). Top it off with a Lele Sadoughi straw hat ($150) and matching jelly sandals, like Steve Madden’s kitten-heel thongs, which are both on trend and well within the budget at $60.

Chelsea

Much of what Chelsea (Aimee Lou Wood) wears isn’t high-end designer, and she’s been traveling for many years, which explains her mix of vintage finds and status pieces, like Alexander McQueen sunglasses. Get the look sans sugar daddy with a pair of Kurt Geir London leopard sunnies ($99), a Clare V. crochet tote ($145), an Arket ruffled bikini top ($24) and a Reformation linen skort ($128), plus a lucky talisman that nods to the yogi’s affinity for astrology, like a Mejuri zodiac necklace ($128).

Jaclyn, Laurie and Kate

Take a cue from Jaclyn’s (Michelle Monaghan) matching set in printed separates, such as LSPACE’s Rio tunic ($149) and coordinating shorts ($118), paired with a Revolve x LSPACE bandeau top ($109) in the same pitch-perfect color palette. For a Hollywood-worthy finish, add H&M’s round sunglasses.

Those looking to keep things laid back, like Laurie (Carrie Coon), can do so in J.Crew’s yellow square-neck top, Zara’s orange linen button-down and Daiiaa’s floral drawstring pants ($29).

Fans of Kate’s (Leslie Bibb) statement dress will gravitate toward Z Supply’s version with a keyhole detail ($99). Accessorize with Aritzia’s handmade raffia woven tote bag ($109) and Arms of Eve’s 14-karat gold starfish charm earrings with freshwater pearls to take you from sunbathing to bar hopping in a breeze.

Victoria Ratliff

Steal Mrs. Ratliff’s (Parker Posey) Lorazapen luxe aesthetic, minus the benzos, in Quince’s striped maxi dress ($70), a Lili Claspe cuff ($80) and OPI nail polish in the same shade she wears on-screen, Coca-Cola Red ($14). While not pictured here, we’re sure Victoria would appreciate a Mark & Graham’s Italian-crafted bamboo-handle bag, which is on sale for $189, making it infinitely more affordable than her go-to purses by Gucci and Louis Vuitton. Consider a Coach travel pillbox rendered in the brand’s monogram ($44) for a touch of logomania. Then, simply substitute her Hermès slides for Tucker Nuck’s white leather Muse sandals. ($165).

Piper Ratliff

You needn’t take a gap year in a monastery or even meditate to channel Piper’s (Sarah Catherine Hook) cute, chill vibe. She loves a butter-yellow sundress, like Anthropologie’s flutter-sleeve style ($150) in the same shade. Pair it with Mango’s sensible yet stylish brown leather wedges ($90) and Madewell’s round sunnies ($75). For an authentic touch, pick up the Bangkok canvas bag by Julia Gash ($21), the same illustrator who did the art for the Roman Baths tote Piper carries on the show.
