Valerie Bertinelli is still not over her lingerie moment — and neither are we.
Bertinelli, who turned 65 on Wednesday, April 23, took to Instagram to share scenes from her life in a reel on her birthday. At one point, she flashed to a snap of her posing in nothing but her underwear while dying her hair in December 2024.
For her sultry pic, Bertinelli posed in a black bra and coordinating bottoms, featuring an ivory striped strap.
Bertinelli accessorized with a gold Apple Watch and a black and white checkered iPhone case as she went makeup-free in the snap, showing off her natural complexion. Her brunette strands, freshly dyed with drugstore products, were parted to the side and styled in a blowout, with her bangs pushed away from her face.

“Went through it all 😅 in the last handful of years and I’m so grateful for the downs as much as I am for all of the ups I am blessed to experience,” Bertinelli captioned the post. “The light at the end of the tunnel is finally here. I can see it. I feel it.”
The actress added, “I love my family. I love my friends. I love all of you out there supporting me and being a part of our community here. I am one lucky and grateful mofo. XOXO 💋♥️.”
Bach in December 2024, she originally captioned the lingerie pic: “At some point I will talk about the madness my body has been through this year. But right now every lump bump wrinkle and saggy part of me just feels acceptance and simple appreciation to be standing in front of a mirror in a hotel bathroom in downtown Manhattan ready to color my roots late on a Monday night.”
Bertinelli’s barely-there look comes after her split with lifestyle writer Mike Goodnough in November 2024, who went their separate ways after 10 months of dating.
Last month, she broke her silence on their breakup, writing via Instagram, “I am irreversibly changed by him for the better.” She continued, “I know I am becoming a much stronger and more benevolent human for having met him and spent time with him.”
Goodnough, however, set the record straight on their split earlier this month, sharing via social media that he ended their “complicated relationship.”
He also detailed his former romance with the Food Network star in a separate post, writing, “I am not communicating with Valerie via my posts. I am not engaging with the things she posts. While I am disappointed in the array of hostile, dishonest and uncalled-for backhanded swipes she continues to take at me, there is no war between us.”
