Eric Church Announces Free the Machine Tour and Teases the Shows Will Be ‘Unlike Anything You’ve Seen Before’

Fans of Eric Church can look forward to some unique upcoming performances.

On April 30, the country star, 47, announced his Free the Machine Tour, hitting North American arenas in the fall with Elle King, Marcus King Band and Charles Wesley Godwin each joining for various shows.

“From front to back, these shows will be different than anything you’ve ever seen or heard from us before,” said Church in a statement. “I cannot wait to see you on the road for this tour.”

He reiterated on Instagram that the tour will feature “a show unlike anything you’ve seen before.”

Kicking off Sept. 12 in Pittsburgh, the tour will stop in cities including Philadelphia, Boston, Milwaukee, Detroit, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Salt Lake City, Portland and Seattle before wrapping Nov. 15 in Los Angeles.

Tickets will first become available to members of the “Springsteen” singer’s Church Choir fan club on May 5 at 10 a.m. local time, and another presale will launch at the same time the following day via Seated. More information is available at Church’s website.

The general on-sale for most shows launches May 9 at 10 a.m. local time, while tickets for the Philadelphia date will become available to the general public on May 16.

Church’s tour will come after his new album Evangeline vs. The Machine drops May 2. The project features the recent single “Hands of Time.”

The Grammy-nominated artist is set to perform at the 2025 ACM Awards on May 8. He was recently announced as a featured artist on Morgan Wallen’s upcoming I’m the Problem album.
