Riley Keough is sharing a special Mother’s Day tribute to her late mother Lisa Marie Presley.

On Sunday, May 11, the actress, 35, posted a throwback photo on her Instagram Stories of herself with her “angel mama” Lisa Marie and siblings Finley and Harper Lockwood, 16, as she marked the special holiday.

In the photo, Keough sat smiling at a table beside her late mother as twins Finley and Harper leaned over the pair, smiling with their arms on their shoulders.

“Thinking of all of the mamas today. And our angel mama 💕,” the actress wrote over the image.

Lisa Marie died at age 54 in January 2023. She was mother to four children: her eldest daughter Keough, twins Finley and Harper and her second child, Benjamin Keough, who died by suicide at age 27 in July 2020.

Keough’s tribute to her late mother comes after she honored Lisa Marie in another poignant post two years after her death in January.

The Daisy Jones & The Six star shared a throwback image on her Instagram Stories of the pair on FaceTime. This showed Keough in the top-right corner smiling as her mom smiled along with her during their conversation. Keough captioned the image with, “❤️.”

The actress also reshared a few photos that Finley and Harper posted in tribute to their mom at the time, which included a throwback photo of Lisa Marie cradling one of the twins as babies, while the other slept soundly in a crib. “2 years ❤️ i love you always,” Finley wrote.

Keough is now a mom herself to 2-year-old daughter Tupelo. She revealed she had welcomed a daughter with her husband, stuntman Ben Smith-Petersen, during Lisa Marie’s memorial service at Graceland in Memphis, Tenn., in January 2023.

In September, Keough told PEOPLE that she has adopted her late mother’s Southern parenting style with her little girl.

“I think that I always say it’s this southern style of parenting, but it’s actually very specifically my family,” said Keough. “I think it is from the south, but whatever way she was parented was how I was parented in a sense. And I also now sort of parent that way.”

“It’s really loving and tactile and smothering — no boundaries,” she added.
