Paris Hilton is officially “spooked “ — and for good reason.
“There’s a ghost in there,” her son, Phoenix, said to his mother’s horror in a video the reality TV star shared via Instagram on Saturday, May 24. “There’s a ghost in there and there.”
“Where’s the ghost?” Hilton, 44, can be heard asking her child off-camera.
“Ghost this…” the toddler begins to reply, before saying something inaudible and reaching towards a door. “Ghost!”
The child, who was busy eating a piece of toast while apparently communicating with the spirits, continued to tell his mom, “Ghost! Ghost!” while Paris asked for him to point out just where the paranormal activity was located.

Jeff Kravitz/FilmMagic Paris Hilton’s son Phoenix, 2, is proof that kids say the funniest things. The singer, DJ and heiress, 44, hilariously captured footage of little Phoenix dropping numerous F-bombs in a video shared via TikTok on Tuesday, February 18. In the video, Hilton and Phoenix are sitting at a dinner table while the toddler […]
“Room… Room… This is mama’s room,” her son said in the clip, which seemed to sufficiently creep out Hilton. (The heiress also shares daughter London with her husband, entrepreneur Carter Reum.)
“What’s mama’s room? What about mama’s room?” Hilton asked her son, who would trail off after continually repeating “mama’s room.”
What about it?” Hilton asked again.
Despite the arguably creepy — yet undoubtedly cute! — paranormal sightings on behalf of her child, Hilton remained cool, calm and collected as her son seemed to navigate various rooms in their home while pointing out the alleged ghosts.
“So… support group for @SlivingMoms with clairvoyant toddlers?” Hilton wrote over the video, referencing the phrase she has helped popularize — a combination of the words “slaying” and “living” — meant to reference moms who are successful, glamorous and fulfilled.
As the video continued, her son claimed to see a “ghost indoor” after opening a door to another room.
“You saw?” Hilton asks her son.
“Ghost indoor,” he reiterated. “Ghost in… store. Ghost in this door!”
“In this door?” Hilton asks, before the words, “Okay, need to move now,” appeared on the video.
“Well, I’m spooked,” Hilton captioned the post. “To all my #SlivingMoms, has this happened with your little ones? Would love to know… for research purposes.”

Moms were quick to give their insight — and share their own spooky ghost-sighting stories — in the comments section.
“Yeah kids talk about it casually because they are closer to the other side than we are,” one mom commented. “Not so jaded by time and reason yet. I believe your child!”
“Wow! Gifted. Children can definitely sense and feel unseen energies, and he seems very confident of what he’s communicating,” another posted. “I would light a white candle and burn some palo santo around that door to clear energy.”
“You see how NOT SCARED he is though? It’s not a spooky spirit and he has no fear of them,” another wrote. “Embrace his senses, he’s clearly sliving for it.”
