Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas’ daughter Carys is all grown up!
The longtime couple shared a sweet picture with Carys, 22, via Instagram on Sunday, May 25, to celebrate her impending graduation from Brown University in Rhode Island.
In the pic, Zeta-Jones, 55, and Douglas, 80, can be seen planting a kiss on their daughter’s cheeks while she pouts for the camera. For the occasion, Carys wore a long white dress while mom Zeta-Jones opted for a sleek black outfit. Douglas also looked dapper in a navy blue suit.
“The night before graduation!!!! We are both such proud parents right now!! It’s only just begun!! @carys.douglas 👩🎓🎓👩🎓,” Zeta-Jones captioned the sweet family moment.
As well as Carys, the Hollywood actors share son Dylan, 24, who also graduated from Brown in 2022. Douglas also shares son Cameron, 46, with ex-wife Diandra Luker.
In April 2024, Douglas shared an awkward instance when he visited one of his kids at college and was mistaken for their grandfather.

“‘This is not grandfather’s day, this is Parents’ Day,’” he recalled in an interview with The Telegraph. “I say, ‘I am a parent!’ That was a rough one.”
Zeta-Jones and Douglas have a relationship that has stood the test of time, initially meeting in 1998 and marrying in 2000. At first glance, Douglas knew that Zeta-Jones was The One — despite their 25-year age gap.
“I said to her after about half an hour [of hanging out], ‘You know, I’m going to be the father of your children,’” he said on The Jonathan Ross Show in 2016. “It sounded good, and she said, ‘You know, I’ve heard a lot about you, and I’ve seen a lot about you, and I think it’s time I say good night.’”
In September 2024, Zeta-Jones stripped down as a special gift for her husband’s milestone 80th birthday. (The couple shares the same birthday: September 25.)

In the racy black-and-white snap, Zeta-Jones looked every bit like a model as she leaned over her bathroom counter completely naked except for a pair of heels.
In his own birthday tribute to mark Zeta-Jones turning 55, Douglas wrote via Instagram, “To my birthday sister, I love you with all my heart! May your new year be the best!”
