Chloe Fineman Reveals Skincare Wall Inside $5,500 NYC Apartment: ‘This Is Crazy and I Need Help’

Chloe Fineman shared enviable details into the charming New York City apartment she rents for $5,500 per month.

Taking to Instagram one month prior to revealing the precise amount she pays for her West Village abode, Fineman, 36, shared a video from inside her bathroom, which features a wall shelf stacked with skincare products.

“I’m going to do some skincare and then I’m like what the f*** is this?” the Saturday Night Live star told followers in the April 13 video. “What is this? This hoarding of goos. Like, what am I, a witch? Casting little spells with all these, like, potions?”

The comedian then hilariously explained how lavish her collection of products has become, telling the camera she felt “overwhelmed” by the sheer number of bottles to choose from. “It’s crazy. I have, like, seven face oils. I don’t know which one. I don’t know. I don’t know,” Fineman jokingly told fans.

She added that she probably doesn’t need to lean on very much of her extensive collection. “I know there’s like seasons and things change and this is probably, like, really not relatable, but, like, this is crazy and I need help. I need a skin-tervention,” Fineman said.

Her apartment was the center of a Sunday, May 24, video posted via TikTok that saw Fineman walk real estate influencer Caleb Simpson through the Manhattan home.

When the TikTok star asked Fineman what she paid monthly in rent, she replied, “$5,500,” before subsequently looking shocked when Simpson called it a good deal. “Is it?” she asked. “OK, to be a West Village girlie [it’s] all right.”

During her tour, Fineman showed off the build’s crown molding, telling Simpson she’s “really stoked about” the feature. “It’s how I found the apartment,” she quipped. “I, kind of, Googled, ‘Crown molding,’”

The video showed a handful of rooms separated by a vintage sliding door as well as some cracks in the ceiling. “Strategically, I’m like, ‘It’s falling apart. You cannot raise my rent,’” Fineman joked, taking Simpson and his camera to see her view outside.

The kitchen also proved to be home to another entertaining talking point — an oven, used for storage rather than cooking. “I have this in the oven, which is where I keep … mostly there’s usually wigs,” Fineman said. “If I’m trying to remember to buy a wig, I just shove it in the oven. No one has stuff in the oven? Where do they put it?”

Fineman’s fans, who saw her share Simpson’s video via her own Instagram account, were quick to offer their own thoughts on the oven’s multi-use. “Using the oven for anything but cooking is so Carrie Bradshaw coded,” one fan wrote in the comments section, while another noted, “True New Yorkers store crap in their oven😂.”
