Kristin Cavallari confirms that she did get her “boobs redone” recently — but only because there was an issue with one of the implants.
“My intuition was saying, redo your boobs. Go get your boobs checked out.” Cavallari, 38, recalled during the Tuesday, May 27, episode of her “Let’s Be Honest” podcast. “At least get a consultation.”
She went to a plastic surgeon in Nashville who “seemed a little concerned” about her right implant.
“What we decided was, ‘OK, well, you get in there and see what’s going on,’ because we knew something was up,” Cavallari continued.

Cavallari previously realized that “my boobs were not laying how I wanted them to lay,” but just chalked it up to having the implants for eight years. Getting in to see the surgeon confirmed it was much more.
“He gets in there and I have a ruptured implant, and there is no way of knowing how long this implant was ruptured for,” she explained. “Because my implant was ruptured, my body then formed a huge piece of scar tissue around it, which is good because it, kind of, like, holds it all in place. It’s your body’s way of protecting itself.”
Cavallari added, “That’s why my right boob was definitely not laying right. And it was f***ed up.”
The reality star said it’s “crazy” to think about her implant being ruptured inside her body.
“I have no idea when that happened. I have no idea how long that’s been going on for,” Cavallari continued. “I guess, maybe, I could go through my camera roll and like try to figure out, like, when my boob started going a little f***ing cross-eyed.”

Cavallari explained if she was in a “long-term relationship,” she might have gotten the implants removed — however, that is not the case.
“Right now, in my life is when I need the best boobs imaginable. I’m sure some people won’t understand that and that’s OK, because it’s not your body. It’s my body and I am very healthy,” she added. “If my vanity is going to come into play with my boobs. That’s one area where I’m like, ‘You know what? Yeah, I’m going to put silicone in my body.’ … I’m going to do it and I’m happy about it.”
Despite the ruptured implant, Cavallari said she has no regrets about getting a breast augmentation.
“I’ll be honest with you guys, doing my boobs is one of the best things I’ve ever done,” she said.
