Bethenny Frankel clapped back at haters following her sexy moment on the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit runway during Miami Swim Week 2025.
After Frankel, 54, strutted down the catwalk in a hot pink polka-dot Toxic Sadie bikini top and thong bottoms on Sunday, June 1, she responded to internet trolls who wondered what her 15-year-old daughter, Bryn, thought of her cheeky look.
“A few miserable people said, ‘What would your daughter say?’ And I know because the peanut just FaceTimed me,” Frankel shared via TikTok, revealing what Bryn, whom she shares with ex Jason Hoppy, really thought. “She said, ‘Mama! I saw you, you did so good! You have such a good tush, mama,’” the reality star shared.”
Frankel continued, “And she said, ‘You look like you look 30 years old.’”

Frankel went on to explain that Bryn couldn’t attend the show due to prior commitments, but she wished her daughter could have experienced the uplifting “vibe” of the runway.
“She’s at an age where kids have hormones, and they’re developing and they’re not used to their new bodies,” Frankel said. “Other kids can be so cruel … I wish she were there because the vibe was body positivity and the women owning their bodies. [It] was so amazing, and I want that for her. I want to be on that runway with her.”
“What would my daughter think of me being in a thong in a fashion show…” Frankel captioned the post. “The answer is proud.”
Elsewhere in the show, the Real Housewives of New York City alum showed off her wild side in a leopard-print Norma Kamali one-piece, featuring a scoop neck and high-cut legs.
She also stunned in a Denimcratic bikini with a push-up denim top and low-waisted bottoms. As she pranced down the runway, she leaned into the western aesthetic by accessorizing with a black cowgirl hat.
In May, Frankel opened up on social media about why she’s just now starting her modeling journey. Speaking to her fans via TikTok, she said: “For my daughter, for myself, for my confidence, I want to really pay attention [to my health],” noting that the show encouraged her to start weight training.
Whatever she’s going, it’s working, and Frankel has the runway photos to prove it.
