Keanu Reeves is celebrating the premiere of his latest film with his real-life leading lady by his side.
The actor, 60, attended the world premiere of his John Wick spinoff movie, From the World of John Wick: Ballerina on Tuesday, June 3, where he posed hand-in-hand on the red carpet with girlfriend Alexandra Grant.
Reeves and Grant, 52, were dressed to the nines for the night out at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood, California, with the actor in a classic dark-gray suit and matching tie, complete with brown shoes and sporting his signature shaggy dark hair.
His date, an accomplished visual artist, shined next to Reeves in a red gown that featured a plunging, ruffle-adorned neckline. She paired the look with a gold handbag and silver shoes.

It’s the latest of Reeves’ movie premieres that Grant has accompanied her beau to, after they most recently stepped out together in December 2024 to mark the release of his animated film Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
Chatting with Entertainment Tonight, the actor, who voices villain Shadow in the film, raved about having a night out with Grant: “We got dolled up and it was very exciting and just kind of nerve-wracking in the car, getting out. It’s really special to be side by side.”
After sweetly mimicking a miracle sound, Reeves said of seeing his girlfriend all dressed up for the event, “The heart just opens.”
Starting off as friends and collaborators, Reeves and Grant decided to make their relationship public in 2019. In the years since, the Speed actor has been relatively open about spending time with his “honey,” as he called Grant in a 2023 PEOPLE interview.
“We were connected. We were smiling and laughing and giggling. Feeling great,” Reeves recalled of his then-last moment of bliss. “It was just really nice to be together.”

Starring Ana de Armas, Reeves’ latest film Ballerina takes place during the events of 2019’s John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum. De Armas, 37, plays Eve Macarro, who is “beginning her training in the assassin traditions of the Ruska Roma.”
Directed by Len Wiseman, the movie also stars Anjelica Huston, Gabriel Byrne, Catalina Sandino Moreno, Norman Reedus and Ian McShane, as well as the late Lance Reddick in his final role.
“I’m very proud of it. It’s really exciting. It’s dangerous, it’s sexy, it’s very John Wick,” de Armas previously told Collider of Ballerina. “I think people are going to be surprised. I’m biased. Of course, I like the movie, but I think it’s really cool. It’s going to be amazing.”
Despite John Wick: Chapter 4‘s ambiguous ending, Reeves himself will continue playing the assassin in the franchise’s main series.
