During season 10 of the Bravo series, which aired in 2025, Venita and JT’s friendship turned to a flirty romance. While they didn’t date on the show, two months after filming ended in summer 2024, they started seeing each other.
“We started dating when I got back from New York in September [2024]. It was from September, October, November,” Venita exclusively told Us in March 2025, breaking down their timeline. “Trying to figure out, ‘OK, are we doing this? Do we actually like each other? Is it because we’re around each other all the time?’”
She said that in November 2024, JT “posted that he had [a] girlfriend on Instagram,” which is when she “found out” he was dating someone else. Venita claimed, “I’ve never had someone do me so dirty,” after JT allegedly cut ties with her shortly after the Instagram reveal — and right after he exited the Bravo show.
Venita called the whole situation “so messy,” revealing she didn’t talk to JT for months after he went public with the other woman. She recalled being more upset when allegations about her being a “homewrecker” surfaced — because of the show’s editing — and JT didn’t have her back.
