Access Hollywood host Kit Hoover has filed for divorce from her husband, Athlete Advantage CEO Robert Crowley Sullivan.
Hoover, 54, filed the petition for divorce in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday, March 26 under her married name Catherine H. Sullivan. The petition cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for divorce and lists May 1, 2024 as the date of separation.
The former couple have agreed to joint custody of their 18-year-old son, Robert Crowley Sullivan III. The couple additionally share daughters Campbell, 22, and Hayes, 21.
The filing additionally notes that Hoover is seeking spousal support as specified “per agreement of the two parties.” The division of assets is additionally pending a final evaluation once Sullivan signs the paperwork. The family of five reside in Los Angeles.
The couple were married in August 1999, and separated in May 2024.
Before their split, Hoover opened up to Woman’s World about finding balance in her hectic career and raising a family.
“I love my work and I’m so grateful for it, but being a working mom, wife and daughter, it’s impossible to do everything well all of the time,” Hoover said in September 2021. “There are times you can’t be where you need to be and so different aspects might suffer, but if I try to be present where I am, things usually work out.”
Hoover joined Access Hollywood in 2010. She began her career hosting MTV’s Road Rules in 1995. Sullivan joined Athlete Advantage, a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) sports management company, as CEO in 2024.
