Adam Sandler’s famous hockey stick putter from Happy Gilmore will be on display at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Davie, Florida

The movie will begin streaming on Netflix July 25
Ahead of Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore 2, fans can see one of the actor’s memorable props from the 1996 comedy up close.
Beginning Monday, July 21, the iconic hockey-stick putter used by Sandler’s Happy Gilmore to “just tap it in” will be on display for fans to see in the lobby of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Davie, Florida.
Gilmore’s putter is one of over 88,000 pieces that Hard Rock International houses, and when not on display it is placed in the climate-controlled Memorabilia Vault in South Florida.
A full trailer for Happy Gilmore 2 arrived in May 2025, showing the sequel picking up 30 years after the first movie as Happy returns to golf in an effort to make enough money to cover tuition at his child’s dream school. Happy’s daughter Vienna is played by Sandler’s real-life daughter Sunny Sandler.
Sandler is joined by fellow original cast members Christopher McDonald, who played Shooter McGavin in the 1996 film, and Julie Bowen, Happy’s love interest Virginia Venit.
Other stars include Ben Stiller, Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio (a.k.a. Bad Bunny) and Blake Clark. Several professional golfers are also among the cast, including John Daly, Paige Spiranac, Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler, Bryson DeChambeau, Brooks Koepka, Justin Thomas and Will Zalatoris.

In August 2024, following the news that Travis Kelce will act in Happy Gilmore 2, Sandler appeared on the football player’s podcast New Heights to talk about the sequel.
“The movie itself picks up from an older guy who played golf a long time. Some stuff goes on in his life, and he’s different — he’s a bit of a mess,” the comedian said. “And then we try to get his life cooking again.”
