Alessandra Ambrosio and Buck Palmer Are Engaged: ‘Here’s to Forever’

The model confirmed she and the jewelry designer were dating in December 2024

Alessandra Ambrosio and Buck Palmer are engaged!

The Victoria’s Secret Angel, 45, announced on Tuesday, Aug. 11, that Palmer popped the question in April. The Brazilian model shared an Instagram post that featured several snaps from the beachside proposal.

The photos capture the Australian jewelry designer on one knee inside a heart etched into the sand. More photos document the newly engaged couple running in the ocean and embracing each other, with a drone video capturing the couple smiling from inside the sandy heart.

“I’d choose you in this life and every life. Here’s to forever, my love. 💍✨,” Ambrosio’s caption read.

The model also posted two Instagram Stories, writing, “Four months ago, we said YES to forever. 💍 🤍. We’ve been holding this beautiful moment close to our hearts. and now we’re so happy to finally share it!”

She added a snap of the couple kissing on the beach as Palmer lifted her in the air, and captioned the photo: “Nothing feels better then been in your arms💫.”

The pair confirmed they were a couple in December 2024, after the model wrote Palmer a sweet birthday tribute. Later that month, Ambrosio posted a couple of romantic snaps of herself and Palmer kissing on a beach in Praia Brava, Brazil.

Then, in celebration of the new year, she shared a photo of the pair embracing on Instagram on Jan 2. “☀️First sunrise of 2025 to bring in the new year, left the party to enjoy a special moment witnessing nature put on a show for just the two of us… magic! 💫,” the post’s caption read.

Two days later, Palmer posted an Instagram highlighting his 2024, giving Ambrosio a shout-out. The post included a sweet selfie of the couple smiling together.

“To top off this year finding and falling in Love with such an amazing partner, someone who inspires me daily, someone in which we have so much fun in the ordinary, someone who ignites a passion for life and makes everything more bright … im So so glad I found you again my 🤍. I couldn’t be more thankful,” Buck said.

The next month, they created a joint Instagram account, ourdream1111, which documents the couple’s travels across the globe.

Ambrosio was previously engaged to businessman Jamie Mazur from 2008 to 2018. The pair share two children: daughter Anja, 17, and son Noah, 14.

Palmer was previously married to Ashley Hart, the sister of Victoria’s Secret model Jessica Hart, from 2015 to 2017, according to Women’s Health.
