Andy Cohen Is Selling Extravagant Furniture From his $12 Million New York City Apartment for Charity: Photos

Andy Cohen is selling some of the stylish furniture from the New York City apartment he recently sold for $12 million.

The Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen star, 56, is partnering with online marketplace 1stDibs to offer 14 pieces of furniture from his collection and a selection designed by his favorite LGBTQIA+ designers on the platform. This limited-time sale — which runs from June 4 to June 30 — is being launched to celebrate Pride Month.

The retailer has confirmed it will make a donation to non-profit advocacy group Housing Works in celebration of this special collection.

“1stDibs is proud to support Housing Works with a donation towards their mission to provide funding and lifesaving services to those affected by HIV/AIDS and homelessness,” 1stDibs told Us Weekly.

Among the items up for sale is an Italian ceramic table lamp designed by Marcello Fantoni (opening price set at $1,990 as of this writing), as well a denim Paul Smith Aston Sofa with “super deep seat depth and extra thick seat cushions” ($2,200).

Those looking to replicate Cohen’s eclectic home decor can pick up a red velvet arched Marlowe stool (priced starting at $990) or even a set of three Mid-Century Dining Chairs with custom Etro Fabric upholstery from Barbarella Home ($1,660 per set).

Cohen’s friend and Bravo cohort, Million Dollar Listing New York and Owning Manhattan real estate agent Ryan Serhant, announced on May 21 that he’d sold the West Village apartment Cohen once called his “dream” home. Cohen spent years combining four units into his ideal dwelling, complete with four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, wood-burning fireplaces and a steam room.

The talk show host’s apartment originally hit the market at $14 million last September, before selling this month following a $2 million price cut.

Cohen confirmed to People earlier this year that he was moving with his two children — Benjamin, born 2019, and Lucy, born 2022 — to a 3,000-square-foot apartment nearby in the West Village for a staggering $18 million price tag. The Bravo executive said his main reason for leaving his “dream” apartment was a desire for more outdoor space for his son and daughter..

“Outdoor space was the decision! I always have coveted outdoor space,” he explained. “There is a dearth of inventory in the West Village with outdoor space. So when I found something that was meaningful enough for me to leave my dream apartment, which is where I’m living now — my apartment that I built and spent so many years building — that’s what it took.”

Graham Norton has listed his Manhattan carriage house after a complete renovation, Us Weekly can confirm. The comedian enlisted Chris Kann of The Corcoran Group to sell his New York City home, which is now on the market for $5.595 million. “It’s a great house for entertaining with the roof terrace for summer and the […]

When Serhant announced the property was for sale last year, he confirmed he’d always hoped to sell it after visiting Cohen for a playdate with their kids.

“I remember the first time I stepped foot in Andy Cohen’s West Village apartment. My jaw dropped,” he recalled via Instagram. “I saw 25 windows with unobstructed views. I saw wood burning fireplaces. I saw an immaculate renovation and gorgeous finishes, a super fun design and an incredible floorplan for four bedrooms over 3,500 SF. And then Andy said, ‘Hey! Stop looking at my home like a broker. You’re here for a play date with our kids. I’m never selling!’ Well. Never is now.”

Cohen lived in his previous West Village home for 21 years before putting it up for sale.
