Andy Cohen was au naturel — until now.
Cohen, 56, opened up about getting work done during a Monday, March 31, episode of Watch What Happens Live. On the Married to Medicine season 11 reunion, Cohen admitted to getting Botox after asking Dr. Contessa Metcalfe if she or Scott Metcalfe gets more of the injection.
The doctor explained that men don’t need Botox “as frequently” as women, but did share that her husband has experimented with it before.
“I just got it for the first time in my life,” Cohen then admitted, noting he tried it out “about a month ago.”
“They gave me a little,” he told Contessa, 48.
“Wait until it hits,” Contessa told the host. The other cast members then joined the conversation. Toya Bush-Harris, who was surprised Cohen still hadn’t felt the full effects of Botox yet, said, “It’s supposed to hit faster than a month.” She then invited him to come to her office in Atlanta.
Dr. Simone Whitmore then advised Cohen to stay away, joking, “They’ll have your face frozen. Do not do that.”
Cohen previously got candid about Botox in November 2024, while chatting with Elizabeth Day on her “How to Fail” podcast.
“I’ve not touched it,” he said at the time. “I’ve never even had Botox.” Cohen added that the late Joan Rivers, who died in September 2014, used to “beg” him to try it.
“Every guy that I know who’s hosting a TV show, mainly all of them are younger than me or about my age. They all have had Botox. I look at their foreheads. I’m like, ‘Your forehead does not move,’” he said, explaining his decision.
He then joked, “How about that? The gay guy is the one that doesn’t have Botox!”
