Ariana Grande and her boyfriend Ethan Slater are having a “Wonderful” date night.
On Tuesday, Jan. 7, Grande, 31, and Slater, 32, appeared at the National Board of Review Awards Gala in New York City. There, the Wicked costars embraced one another for a sweet photo.
They wrapped their arms around one another as Slater looked at the camera and Grande delicately closed her eyes.
Grande wore a custom Loewe pastel pink backless satin gown with a square-shaped bodice that cinched at her waist. The structured sheath gown floated just above her white rounded-toe pumps and a matching pink satin shawl.
The actress wore her blonde hair in a sleek high ponytail with her baby bangs swooped to the side. Her makeup coordinated with her bright dress, and she wore shimmery pink eyeshadow and dark mauve lip gloss. She accessorized with a pair of diamond stud earrings, a diamond choker necklace and two diamond rings — one of which was pink.
Slater complimented her look and wore a black satin woven suit and white dress shirt.

The couple celebrated their achievements in Wicked and the film’s awards at the event. Grande stars in the Wicked films as Glinda the Good Witch, and the Broadway veteran stars as Boq. Costars Cynthia Erivo and Michelle Yeoh also attended.
Last month, the National Board of Review named Wicked its top pick for the best film of 2024 and named director Jon M. Chu the best director of the year.

Grande’s celebratory New Year’s Eve Instagram post also included a photo of the couple. She published a cute blurry photo of her and Slater smiling for the camera as an in-focus Jeff Goldblum took a selfie in the foreground.
The pop star and Slater first met when they started filming Wicked together in late 2022. PEOPLE first confirmed their relationship in July 2023 after Ariana and Slater separated from their then-partners Dalton Gomez and Lilly Jay, respectively.
While Ariana and Slater remained low-key in public for much of 2024, they stepped out together throughout Wicked‘s press tour before the movie was released in November and continually supported each other on Instagram.
Wicked is now in theaters.
