Grant Ellis knows he “won” The Bachelor lottery with partner Juliana Pasquarosa.
“Jules, I love you 💜,” he began his first non-collaboration post via Instagram since The Bachelor season 29 finale aired on Monday, March 24.
“Coming into this journey I had parts of myself I was working on and it was clear how much I was crying throughout the show. But you came into my life and showed me what a solid woman is. Someone who loves and lives with no regret. You handle yourself with so much grace and compassion you are what every woman should aspire to be and you show me that everyday,” he wrote in his Saturday, March 29, post, concluding with, “That’s why I won 🏆.”
Alongside the touching caption, Grant, 31, shared photos from the show’s finale and After the Final Rose special. Juliana, 28, commented, “I love you with my whole heart 🥹,” which Grant responded to with, “@julianapasquarosa my wife💍.”
Bachelor host Jesse Palmer also wrote, “So happy for you two ❤️.”
Juliana shared some insight into their relationship via her Instagram Stories Saturday, admitting “we can’t NOT FaceTime each other 45 million times a day.” She also shared footage from a recent photo shoot and interview of the pair, in which Grant said he always wanted to “support” her.
“Such a kind, compassionate, thoughtful man of his word,” Juliana shared. “Actions speak volumes in our relationship & it’s been such a treasure to get to know all the different sides of you Mr. Ellis.”
Grant and Juliana got engaged during the finale after he ended things with runner-up Litia Garr, who said she was blindsided by his decision.
“I do love you and I don’t want you to feel like I haven’t been open, I haven’t been honest, because I have been. And I’m truly sorry, and I hope that you don’t view me any differently,” Grant told Litia, 31, to which she replied, “Well, I do, for sure. Come on, now.”
Litia said she was “disappointed” during the tense breakup, adding, “You’re different than I thought. … Juliana is a beautiful woman and she deserves love, and I love her. And I would have a lot of questions if I were her from the things that you’ve said to me. That’s stuff for you guys to work out. That’s not my business.”
In another Instagram post on Saturday, Juliana seemingly addressed all the naysayers doubting her and Grant’s relationship, posting video of them dancing and writing, “Imagine talking s*** & we’re over here having the best time with our people 🫶🏻(jk it’s all love 😉).”

As for next steps, the couple plans to live together in Boston — Juliana’s hometown.
“It wasn’t a really tough conversation,” Juliana told Us Weekly of their big move during a joint interview with Grant on the day after the finale. “[He] knew that I am very close with my family and that it would be hard for me to move away from them. It doesn’t mean that we’re not gonna go to Houston and visit your family either, but you also have family in New Jersey, so the move felt pretty easy and pretty straightforward.”
“With Jules, her family is her lifeline,” Grant told Us. “That’s what makes her her. So to be like, ‘Oh, let’s go here, go here.’ No, we are gonna [go] where it makes her happy and I’m going to adjust because I just want to see her happy.”
