Bachelor in Paradise Alums Raven and Adam Gottschalk Celebrate 4th Wedding Anniversary: ‘Love Just Kept Growing’

Raven Gates Gottschalk and Adam Gottschalk are marking another milestone in their happily ever after.

The Bachelor alum, 33, shared a sweet Instagram video to mark how far she’s come with her husband following their 2021 nuptials — and how much their family has grown since then.

In the short clip, Raven shared a romantic snippet from her and Adam’s nuptials, in which he could be seen twirling her around on a staircase at The Olana in Dallas before dipping her and giving her a kiss. She wrote over the clip: “I thought my heart was full then…”

“But the love multiplied,” she completed the sentence as she shared a clip, hugging her husband and their two sons Max Asa and  Gates Zev. The couple looked so happy as they held their little ones in the video.

“The love just kept growing 💕4 years of the happiest I’ve ever been. Happy anniversary, my love,” she captioned the post, adding the hashtags “#anniversary #happy #soulmate #family.”

The reality TV stars first met in 2017 while filming Bachelor in Paradise and fell for each other quickly during and after the show. While speaking with PEOPLE about their nuptials in 2021, Adam said that their “relationship really started post-show” and they “made it work.”

“We’re so completely different in every way. He’s type A, I’m laid-back. He’s a city boy, I’m a Southern girl. But we have common values. And I think our differences have made us better people,” Raven said at the time.

They then got engaged in 2019 and tied the knot in an intimate ceremony on April 16, 2021, with just under 20 guests in attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We’ve been waiting for this day for a long time!” Gates gushed to PEOPLE at the time, adding, “I’m so happy to get married to someone I love so much.” Adam chimed in: “We’re just so excited that it’s finally happening. And we’re going to have a wonderful future together.”

Ahead of the wedding, Raven also revealed during an appearance on the Click Bait with Bachelor Nation podcast in 2022, that the couple participated in pre-marital counseling, which helped their relationship in the long run.

“We have done every sort of therapy you can think of. Not because we needed it, we did it preventatively,” she said. “We come from two different backgrounds. We’re two different religions. He’s from California. He was raised differently. I’m from the South. I was raised with just my momma, and he was raised with a whole crew of people.”

She continued, “We knew we had major differences on those kinds of things, so we had pre-marital counseling. We had counseling before we had children. We had inter-faith counseling. … We did, like, getting ready for a family counseling. So we did all of that and worked it out.”
