Bachelor alum Tia Booth and her husband, Taylor Mock, have welcomed their second baby.
Booth, 33, and Mock revealed on Saturday, February 8, that she gave birth four days earlier.
“2/5/25🤍,” they captioned a joint Instagram post set to Coldplay’s “Sparks.”
In the footage, Mock sweetly exclaimed, “It’s a baby girl” before the infant was placed on Booth’s chest.
The couple announced the pregnancy in August 2024. “BIG BROTHER TATUM,” they captioned an Instagram video of their son, Tatum, who arrived in December 2022.
In the clip, Booth and Mock — who tied the knot in November 2023 after two years of dating — sat on a blanket in the grass with their son. Tatum then walked toward the camera, and as he got closer, his “big bro” sweater came into view.
Later that month, Booth revealed how Mock learned of their baby on the way. “I was trying to keep it a secret, so I could surprise him,” she explained via her Instagram Story at the time. “He found the test wrapper in the trash when he went to cut his toenails hahahaha.”
Booth shared footage of her pregnancy test wrapper in the trashcan along with Mock’s nail clippings.
“He freaking looked in the trash,” she quipped. “I hid [the test in the cupboard]. It’s very, very, very faint.”
Mock, meanwhile, was skeptical at first that the test was positive. “How many secrets are you keeping from me?” he joked. “This is our bathroom. You don’t think I come in [here]?”
While Booth was not able to keep the news from Mock, she decided to hold onto another detail ahead of the baby’s birth.
“We are not finding out [the sex] this time,” she said in an Instagram Story. “That was my idea. I just wanted to do that. If this is our second and last kid, I want to do it at least once. Taylor does not like that and he wants to know, so I’m trying to not let him peer-pressure me into finding out.”
Booth added, “We don’t care if it’s a boy or a girl, so we’ll be thrilled either way.”
Despite not knowing the baby’s sex before delivering, Booth divulged that she and Mock would not be waiting to pick out a name. With several ideas in mind, she hesitated to stick to the family’s theme of monikers that start with “T.”
“I think we should switch it up, but Taylor is worried this kid will feel left out,” she said. “I personally think they’ll appreciate being different.”
Prior to her relationship with Mock, Booth appeared on Arie Luyendyk Jr.’s season 22 of The Bachelor in 2018 and seasons 5 and 7 of Bachelor in Paradise in 2018 and 2021, respectively.
