If you’ve ever wanted to eat and drink like the stars, look no further than the Paradise Island Wine and Food Festival.
Returning to Atlantis in the Bahamas for the third year in a row, the 2025 festival sees the additions of celebrity chefs Bobby Flay, Kardea Brown, Katie Lee and Michael Symon. They join returning chefs Alon Shaya, JJ Johnson, José Andrés and Michael White and master mixologist Tony Abou-Ganim.
There’s plenty of opportunities to see your favorite chefs across the four-day event — running from March 12 to March 16 — including a tasting event with Brown titled the Goombay Cookout, a Paradise Picnic hosted by Lee and a wine dinner with Fly at the resort’s Ocean’s Edge bluff.
The three night events, however, have become standouts for the festival, with former Bachelor Matt James and then-girlfriend Rachael Kirkconnell raving about the Jerk Jam, Tacos & Tequila and Taste of Paradise at the 2024 festival.
“From jerk shrimp corn dogs to piña colada rum cake, jerk jam was amazing 🇧🇸🔥🍹,” James wrote alongside a video from the Jerk Jam in 2024.
In 2025, the taco and tequila fiesta, hosted by Symon and Abou-Ganim, will feature a performance by Baha Men on Thursday, March 13. The following day, Flay and local Bahamian restaurateurs, will host Taste of Paradise. On the final night of the festival, Saturday, March 15, the iconic Caribbean flavor Jerk will be celebrated by Johnson and Brown and include a performance by Shaggy.
Wyclef Jean was previously tapped to perform at the festival in 2023 and 2024, having nothing but praise for the crowds and the food.
