You can’t keep the Irwin siblings apart.
Robert Irwin took to Instagram on Thursday, Sept. 25, to share a photo of his sister Bindi Irwin crashing his dance rehearsal with his Dancing with the Stars pro partner Witney Carson.
“Bring your sister to work day!” Robert, 21, captioned the post.
“…and realise she has no idea about TikTok trends 😂,” Bindi, 27, wrote in the comments section, to which Robert replied with the hashtag “#Millennial.”
Despite Carson, 31, being Robert’s dance partner, she backed up his sister — and fellow millennials — in the replies, writing, “hey we’re cool ok!”
In a separate comment, Carson wrote, “Truly love this family!”
While the first photo in Robert’s post featured him alongside Bindi and Carson, the second photo also featured Bindi’s husband, Chandler Powell, joining in on the fun.
Robert was the first celebrity contestant announced for Dancing with the Stars season 34 and was paired with Carson.
So far, the duo has performed a jive to Steppenwolf’s “Born to Be Wild” and a tango to Junior Senior’s “Move Your Feet” while skating through the competition. Next week, for TikTok Night, the twosome will dance the salsa to Tommy Richman’s “Million Dollar Baby.”
Robert hasn’t only been getting love from the Dancing with the Stars judges this season, as his family has also been supporting him throughout the journey.
The Australian zookeeper and wildlife photographer shared photos in the lead-up to the Dancing with the Stars season 34 premiere of his mom, Terri Irwin, sister Bindi, brother-in-law Chandler and 4-year-old niece Grace Warrior getting ready for the live show.
What made the moment even sweeter was that Robert was wearing a shirt that belonged to his late father, Crocodile Hunter star Steve Irwin, in the photo. Steve died after an unprovoked attack by a stingray when filming off the coast of Australia on Sept. 4, 2006. He was 44.
Speaking exclusively to PEOPLE on Tuesday, Sept. 23, Robert said he “wishes” his dad Steve was “here to watch” him compete on the show.
“I’m doing this and I do what I do in life to make him proud,” he continued, adding that his father would be “stoked” to see him on Dancing with the Stars.
“Dad was the person who just gave everything he did, everything he had, truly,” Robert noted. “And this experience, that’s what you’ve got to do. You’ve got to show every side to yourself. You’ve got to put every single fiber of your energy into this, and you get all of that back.”
Robert is also following in his sister’s footsteps, as Bindi won season 21 of Dancing with the Stars with her pro partner Derek Hough, who is now a judge on the show.
