Blink-182’s Mark Hoppus Details “Awful” Date With Melissa Joan Hart

“I called her back and some light pleasantries quickly turned into deep conversation,” the bassist recounted. “We talked for so long that the sun came up and we realized we’d talked all night.”

The couple eventually started dating, before tying the knot in December 2000. They welcomed son Jack Hoppus in 2002.

As for Melissa? The actress—who shares sons Mason, 19, Braydon, 17, and Tucker, 12, with her husband of 21 years Mark Wilkerson—has no hard feelings about her lackluster date with Mark. As she put it in an April 7 comment on E! News’ Instagram post, “He’s right, it must’ve been bad because I don’t remember it at all!”
